We had a lovely meal. .best veggie burgers ever. ..really nice friendly staff. .wasn't hurried good atmosphere. .thankyou

Treated myself and my son to dinner last night, rare opportunity for some quality time together, son had Chef's Counter curry and I had scampi, chips and garden peas. Very impressed with speed of service, tasty, hot food delivered to table within ten minutes of ordering, son thoroughly enjoyed trying all the different curries. Will definitely be back for more!

My sister-in-law & I had no issues a lovely lunch & dessert. Never had a bad meal there.

My daughter chose to take 7 friends here for a 3 course meal for her 7th birthday. This particular restaurant doesn't offer parties as yet, but this suited her as she wanted a more grown up dinner party experience. Nothing was too much trouble for our waitress Esme, who clearly had a busy night ahead. Thank you for making my daughter feel special and grown up and for letting us enjoy a few 'contained' dinner party games too. Xx. No complaints from the children about the food or numerous refills either xx 5 adults also dined on a separate table. All good there too.

Lovely food with a lovely service! Young Becky made everything hassle free for my grandparents whilst saying at the near by hotel and having breakfast here whilst on there stay! Becky works very hard and kept everything under control whilst it was very busy. She is a wonderful asset to the team!

Just been to Brewers Fayre bideford for Father’s Day, very impressed � food was lovelly both tasty and hot and deserts were amazing. Very friendly staff and nice family orientated atmosphere, my 10month old seemed to enjoy herself � After seeing all the negative reviews on here I was apprehensive and almost cancelled but I’m so glad I didn’t. I will be returning and become a regular customer

I have spent the best part of the last 3 weeks here, staying in the Premier Inn whilst working away from home. The staff have all been incredibly friendly and chatty which is great when you are on your own. Service has been quick even when busy. The food has been great, only one slightly disappointing meal in those 3 weeks. By now I've had most of the menu! Big thank you.

Gorgeous food at a very good price. Very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return if we are ever near Bideford again :)

Went in for breakfast today and was not impressed! Service was poor, nobody knew where to pay or order, very little food available, no clean cups /glasses / cutlery on show had to wait for what seemed like the only waitress working to find you some. Toaster was slow and barely toasted the bread, hashbrowns were soggy, scrambled eggs were like rubber. I will not be in a hurry to return!!!!

This is the second time I have visited this Brewers Fare ,the first time I was very disappointed with the service it was very slow and the food only warm I did tell waitress and she took it away and eventually brought me another meal but the peas were still cold.



We went again with our children and grandchildren to the fish chip eat all you like,well we were all disappointed very little on the hot plated and no chips so we took a few things that was on offer and kept a eye out for the chips the food we had taken was only wam and the two. Dishes of peas were cold and not even on the hot plates ,after we had eaten everything there was stillno chips at least ten minutes after wards they arrived but they soon went we did tell the waitress but it was too late we will not be returning .

Staying at the premier so ate here, ordered the most expensive meal on the menu hoping it would be a good choice unfortunately it wasn’t steak over done and chewy not many chips and the peas had been over cooked but still cold, the two guys on the table left most of theirs as they thought it was a bad meal also. They are staying all week and would have eaten here all week but not after that meal ! Disappointed!

So we ate here couple months ago me and my boys went for the chicken buffet (self serve!) The beans were BBQ flavoured which upset my boys, all the different selection of chicken were hard/dry (like eating cardboard) didn't want to make a fuss as the restaurant hadn't been open long, the 2nd visit was Fri for my dad's birthday all I can say is DON'T go for pulled pork Wellington (starter) we firstly asked for it with chips as a main meal, it came out and I couldn't believe what I was looking at!!! Secondly it was served on a little plate and I thought it was a canopy, that's how small it was, thirdly it had as much pulled pork in it as a chicken leg!!! � Fourth issue was it was like eating a flip flop (dry as ell) chips came out in a small bowl, once again as a family member was paying for all 9 meals and it was my dad's birthday I didn't want to make a fuss!! The only reason I put 2 stars was because the ladies that served us were lovely!! I can safely say I won't be eating here again�� sorry for the rant!

Went tonight for a Friends Birthday meal, table booked but couldn't find the booking ! Waited ages to be seated and once seated we waited well over an hour + for our Food to arrive, not expecting out of the world Food but wasn't even warm ! Very disappointed and definitely won't be returning. Oh and the saying goes service with a Smile. . . . .well that was a Joke. Staff very Rude !!!!!

Went to the curry buffet night last week for my sons 10th birthday and will not be going back for any food their again!!

ALL curries were more like watery soup than a thick sauce traditional curry, all mains were luke warm but the Beef Madras was served COLD, after I pointed this out to a waitress she slowly reported this to the chef (8-10 mins later) who then came out and probed the meat whilst I was at the drink machine and he told me it was only at 60 and thanks for letting him know (thought it was supposed to be checked before putting out).

I tried to inform the manager twice but he was too busy to stop and listen!!

Very disappointed. Arrived at 5pm granted we hadn't booked but there was a lot of seating free. Only to be told that we couldn't have a seat until at least 7 30. As we left there were other people complaing about the same issues. Could not believe the amount of available seating!

Really upset with how we were just treated at your pub. Lady at the front door was rude, and told us they did not have room for us, even though this were plenty of tables available.. even in the bar area. Had a real attitude problem and didn't seem to want to help out, didn't even give us the option of waiting for a table. Will not return.

Real poor service waited over an hour for food, people who arrived and ordered after us recieved food before we did. No apologies from staff to expkaun delay. Requested refund and only refunded cost of meal. Very disappointing customer service
