Brewers Fayre Dalesway

Just had a 50th party couldn't have asked for better service x the food was lovely and all plated the same time 16 of us x plates provided for the cake and even made a bacon sandwich for a fussy eater thank you to all staff x

Been 3 times now with the grandbabies, always enjoyed the food and a good safe play area for the kids, the staff always helpful and the club card allowed us a free meal for my grandsons birthday and will deffinatly return.

Overall very poor food, we tried to order chicken burgers to be told there was no buns available and offered bread instead, so changed 2 of our meals to lasagne, the garlic mushroom starters were still semi frozen in the middle, then before our mains came out the next table got their order with burger buns on it, apparently this was miscommunication from the kitchen, struggled finding any meat at all in the lasagne, on the plus side we were refunded for their mistakes but wasn't an enjoyable meal by any means

Horrible, emailed them about the awful 2 experiences we’ve had and heard nothing back the first time we went their, the food came literally 3 mins after ordering which makes me question is it fresh? Or is it basically dog food??? Got offered the free puddings for the inconvenience and the women basically disappeared never came to order the puds so we left. Second time I was ordering a steak the bar man told me I could have that specific steak well done or rare so I upgraded for a more expensive steak to have it medium. Once my steak arrived it came like coal.. didn’t pay extra to basically get shit, so I took it back which then I had to wait another 20mins for my steak to arrive so everyone on the table had finished eating by the time it came, the bar man said he was going to come back and check on the food... did he ever come back??? No disappeared again �shit experience, would not recommend the food at all, disgusting!!!���
