Watched "Your Name" in theatre, really comfortable seats and great screen. Other amenities: cafe, bar, restaurant and cinema looked great, plus hostel on same site and centrally located in Kendal, with parking.

Nice place especially in the summer when you can enjoy the outside area. Good food here, especially the Pizza is always a good one. Good choice of bears too. On the theatre and cinematic front is great. The best 2 screens are in the upper section. The only annoyance with the cinema or theatre is if a show is on in the lower screen you have to go to the higher screens to get refreshments.

A fantastic range of things to do here - we went to see Alien: Covenant, and even outside of the actual screening, we had a good time. There's always an interesting and unique art exhibition we go to whenever we visit, and the Vats Bar is a really good drinking establishment. The whole place is full of friendly and attentive staff who try to make your visit go smoothly. The only downside is the parking facilities; not only is the car park small (which they can't really help!) but it is also a bit run down - some of the spaces are very small and difficult to get into. A simple renovation of the car park would make this place perfect for entertainment!

Love this venue. Great for all kinds of entertainment. Very good food and real ales at a reasonable price. Only slight problem is parking - best to stay overnight and enjoy the town of Kendal too.

Good beer selection and range of bar snacks. Cinema was comfortable with lots of leg room. Really enjoyed our evening and would recommend to others!

Good for kids. Restaurant not the best. Poor customer service.
