An extremely happy Thornham Parish Council & their new Multi-purpose Village Hall & Sports Facility, somehow got its seamingly impossible request turned around by BDP staff this week after a major major staff effort!!!... Not bad considering the 4 months became a mere 4 days following news of government grants funding cuts and now a last application deadline!!
