My experience includes 15 years as a trusted advisor at the world's largest law firm. I believe in delivering effective, client-focused, commercial solutions and can assist with: ◉ Acquisitions & disposals◉ Development advice ◉ Property finance transactions◉ Lettings / property management -----Innovation & LegalTechI have a deep interest in legal innovation, including legaltech, new ways of delivering legal services and related disciplines, e. g. change management, legal design and project management. I am especially interested in undertaking innovation-related assignments for legaltech vendors, law firms, ALSPs and in-house legal teams. I am also an accredited change management specialist. -----Inclusion & DiversityI am passionate about Inclusion & Diversity ("I& D") in all its forms and can assist organisations with their I& D programme. I previously co-founded /co-chaired Dentons' UK LGBT + and allies network, "GLOW", overseeing an ambitious programme of activities transforming LGBT + visibility within Dentons, working with other I& D strands to lead inclusive change more broadly across the firm and sharing thought leadership and best practice with other organisations. For 4 consecutive years after launching GLOW (itself shortlisted for a number of awards), Dentons was awarded Stonewall Top 100 Employer status. I was named as a "Top 10 LGBT + Future Leader" in the British LGBT Awards 2019.
