Girls were so lovely and helpful really made my visit special. Gorgeous dresses loved them all.

I am getting married in July this year and have bought my dress from Cheryl, I've been in 3 times and every time I've felt valued and listened to. Today we went in to try my 10 year old bridesmaid dress on, Cheryl opened the shop especially for us to fit in with our hours. Ordered the dress!
First class service, value for money and plenty of choice, fully recommend.

I booked a room for today and turned up with 4 of my 5 bridesmaids. I was so stressed about going, I didn't want to be there, within 30 seconds Cheryl put me at ease, told me not to worry about all the stuff I was worried about. I didn't have a clue what I wanted and asked her to choose for me as well as a couple I did like. Cheryl and the girls know what they are doing and know what they are talking about, so patient with me and really understood my insecurities. I would recommend Bridal Boutique in Hull to anyone, iv booked my partner in for hers because I was that impressed. I could not think of a nicer place to find my dream dress. In one appointment with 6 family members Cheryl made my dream dress appear! There are racks full of beautiful dressers here from some of the top designers on the market, Stella York and Justin Alexander. My family and I were made to feel welcome and at home in this boutique. I picked four dresses myself and when Cheryl understood my taste she bought more beautiful flattering dresses for me to try. Outstanding service and manners to match! It's sometimes uncomfortable getting changed in front of people when having fittings but not here I received the highest standard of professionalism and needless to say purchased my dress on the day. I travelled 40 miles to this bridal shop and was not let down. My friends and I will be returning for bridesmaids dresses and their future wedding dresses. Thank you Cheryl!

I don't even want to award 1 star to this disgraceful place, because it doesn't even deserve that!

On a day which should have been very special, 9 bridesmaids and the bride were greeted with foul attitudes and rude remarks by the staff at this shop. Told that we were unable to try on the different styles of dresses on offer because our intention was to use them as a 'library'. I'd be interested to know how you would expect 9 women of different shapes and sizes to choose a dress to suit all without trying them on! Fortunately we left and found beautiful dresses at another shop where the service we received could not be faulted.
