I accompanied my daughter to Bridal Rogue who is getting married. What a wonderful experience we had! The member of staff who looked after my daughter was so knowledgeable and helpful. The selection of dresses were fabulous! We had previously been to two other wedding shops but Bridal Rogue for us was just perfect.

Wonderful, friendly and professional staff and beautiful dresses and accessories in the York shop. I fell in love with one of Catriona Dowse's stunning bespoke gowns which sadly was out of my budget (my own fault for not checking the price before I tried it on!) The lovely Tracy was so kind and contacted me to let me know that there was a chance that I would be able to buy the sample dress to bring it under my budget and that they would carry out any alterations/repairs for me. I couldn't believe my luck. I was always made to feel super special despite not going for the full-on bespoke service and even though my dress required a little TLC to restore it to its former glory as it had been tried on numerous times in the shop, the dress I wore on my Big Day felt brand new and looked immaculate. Catriona did my fittings personally and even made a little extra tweak for me and changed the style at the back slightly to suit me. I can't recommend Bridal Rogue Gallery highly enough.

A few days ago I went to BridalRogue with my daughter and daughter in law to try 3 dresses for my wedding. We have found the choice of dresses very elegant and feminine and the service was perfect. A really nice girl adviced us and help me although to the fitting. Thank you a lot it was a lovely experience.

I cannot praise Katriona, Tracey and the team at Bridal Rogue York enough! I bought my beautiful wedding dress from them in the early stages of pregnancy almost a year before my wedding and they were fantastic at keeping in touch, getting me in for fittings, encouraging me & boosting my confidence with my post baby weight loss journey & every little bride wobble I had they were there to reassure me.

I never felt like a "another" bride, the service was personal, friendly and above all honest, even to the point they had to stop me buying things I didn't need! I'm actually sad now my wedding day is over that I won't see them as much, but they always say to pop in and see them anytime. Truly a wonderful part of my wedding planning experience and have highly recommended to my friends who have gone on to buy their dresses from Bridal Rogue York, THE BEST BRIDAL SHOP IN YORK! ❤️❤️

When I phoned to make the appointment I requested a specific dress and was told I would be called, prior to my appointment, if they didn't have it in stock. When I showed up to the appointment the first thing that was said was 'we don't have that dress', quite annoying when I'd travelled there especially.
Tried on 5 dresses and felt very pressured at the end to commit to having one made. The more I think about the experience the worse I feel about it. Very anti-climactic, and you have tourists staring at you and taking pictures through the huge window they have in the trying-on area.
