Like every "job" in the world mine has its busy spells, it's incredible days and it's tougher days... However I consider myself to be very lucky to have a career doing what I love and be a little part of my brides journey's.
One thing I've learnt in my career is that women are incredibly hard on themselves. We can't always see the beauty that others see in us. If I can make someone feel beautiful despite self doubt then I know I've achieved what I wanted to as a business.

Please where possible can people let us know if you can't attend your appointment. I understand rarely this isn't possible as we all have things crop up occasionally, however so far today have had 2 no shows and it has been a regular occurrence recently.

what a fantastic experience I've just had...I recently asked for bridal boutique recommendations and I dismissed a particular place feeling it would be out of my league (the dresses are amaziiiiiing!!)

Gemma at brides of charnock was sooo friendly and accommodating and I cannot thank her enough! I have found my dream dress and for a very reasonable price & I'm so unbelievably exited!! definitely worth a visit for anyone who is looking for something beautifully unique for their big day and a really warm friendly atmosphere ��

I would 100% recommend Brides at Charnock Farm. Picking a dress is such a big decision, and Gemma made the whole process incredible. She went out of her way to accommodate us, and made it a stress free enjoyable experience (as it should be!). One bit of advice I would give future brides would be to try on dresses you would never think suits you. I've come away with my dream dress, which Gemma picked out for me, and for me nothing compared to it. She has a fantastic range of dresses to suit any shape/size/style. Xx

I want to thank Gemma for helping me find my dream dress.. she is the perfect host who made the whole experience a dream. I still can’t believe I picked my dress in an hour! Gemma makes you feel totally at ease browsing the dresses and trying on.. she then suggested I try on the dress which was on the mannequin (which I thought was way out of my league) and it fit so perfectly - I bought it there and then.

I love that Brides at Charnock Farm has different (stunning!!!!) designers to other boutiques and the size of the shop is really intimate.

Gemma was absolutely amazing from the moment I met her..I found my dream dress straight away and gemma was there every step of the way to make sure every thing was just perfect for me!! Gemma is extremely welcoming and friendly and will let you try on as many dresses as you like. This is such a nice boutique with some lovely and unusual dresses, some suitable for abroad weddings. Gemma has a range of hair accessories, shoes and veils to complete the look. A lovely experience, without pressure.

Fabulous shop! I came in last week not having a clue what I wanted and was in my element with so many beautiful dresses. I was made to feel so welcome and found my dress within 40 minutes of arriving which everyone was extremely surprised by as I'm very indecisive haha. It was a brilliant experience thank you xx
