What a day! Thankyou for all your well wishes after today’s antics with the idiot on the roof luckily there is absolutely no damage to anyone’s dresses or any of the stock, no smoke damage or anything, just a bit of damage to the roof but nothing we can’t sort

I found a beautiful dress, not something I'd have usually picked to try- but very glad you recommended I did and the advice and honesty was appreciated.

Even got a lovely cuppa � which I managed to spit out in laughter � thankfully I'd taken off the dress at the time.

All in all very pleased, would highly recommend looking forward to my final fitting in Jan.xx

Just have to say, myself and my family have had an absolutely wonderful morning of me trying on lovely wedding dresses - we eventually bought the loveliest of dresses from here. All the staff went out of their way to make this a special experience, supplied the champagne flutes, moved the sofa's around and were keen to ensure i bought the right dress. Thank-you- looking forward to collecting it. Well recommend.

If I could give more stars I would double it.... Sylvia is a very genuine, kind, honest lady

Nothing too much trouble.... today she managed to make me an older plus sized bride feel like a million dollars!!! It's only six months to my wedding, have been too nervous to try anything on. However today Sylvia picked out a dress for me to try, something I never thought would suit me..... perfect, the fact it was on the sale rail as well has saved me £400.

I would really recommend going to see Sylvia and Chris nothing too much trouble x

I wish I could give more stars! These ladies are the most incredible, friendly, welcoming, helpful and honest people I have ever met.

They made me feel so at ease and reassured. I felt like I could take all the time in the world choosing different styles to try on and at no point did I ever feel pressured into buying anything. I didn't buy my dress straight away, I actually went to look elsewhere first but when I returned to brides & maids my dream dress was purchased!! I've since returned to try it on again and once again was met with huge smiles and all the time in the world!

Think I will miss visiting you after the big day in October!!

I found my perfect wedding dress here and picked it up today! Thank you all so much for your help and patience helping me chose my dress. These three lovely ladies were always so helpful and their dresses are at affordable prices and absolutely stunning.. I found my dream dress and I'm over the moon with it, roll on February. I can't not thank Chris and Sylvia enough for the help they have given me to get my bridesmaid dress. My best friend lives in Australia and was proposed to at Christmas. Due to them both coming home in August for their annual visit they wanted to get married so friends and family can attend. This meant they were on a really tight turn around. I had the honour of bring asked to be bridesmaid. I visited a number of outlets in the area and none of them would entertain me stating I need at least 16 weeks to get a dress and if I wanted it sooner I would have to pay additional charge of up to £250 for delivery. I could of got one from the rack but again cost in alteration would of been more than the cost of the dress it self. Then I visited brides and maids . Not only did I get a dress in 6 weeks fitted especially to my size, I was also allowed to adapt a certain style of dress by adding a capped sleeved and v shape back making the dress unique for me and the end result being amazing. I am truly thankful and happy with the service and product I received and cannot thank and recommend them enough . Thank you ladies x

From the moment I walked in to choose a dress to walking out with it the service received was second to none. The wonderful ladies went above and beyond for us. Absolutely fantastic! I couldn't recommend these guys enough! We hired the men's suits, bought the bridesmaids dresses and also my wedding dress all from here and we was so pleased with everything!
