Gemma has been absolutely fantastic every time I've been to Brides. After I had problems with another company, she was there ready to help me with everything I needed. From buying the dress, hoop and veil, she has gone out of her way to help over and beyond anything I could have expected and her wonderful bubbly personality made the experience so much more special and fun for me. The staff are not very attentive, will ask you just to look at an Ipad and then talk to eachother. I also saw a bride in her "fitted" dress and this looked absolutely terrible, the shape and style did not suit her and she was spilling all out of it due to the poor fitting. since telling my friends about my awful experience I have also heard bad stories. Do not waste your time.

I visited Brides of Southampton in search of a wedding dress. The experience and service could not be faulted. Shelley and the team were welcoming, patient and professional and they were excellent at recommending styles and shapes to suit. I would most definitely recommend.

I recently visited brides of Southampton, with a wedding party for the bride to find bridesmaid dresses. The bride had already arranged her beautiful dress with the company. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We had our own room for the group fitting, they were accommodating, friendly and extremely professional. The staff member Edna was very informative and had vast knowledge of the gowns. She knew 'what would work' with our body shapes, skin tones and hair colour. The whole team were supportive and helped us. The whole experience was welcoming and fun! The range of dresses was extensive and Edna gave very good advice to help the bride and her party feel they had achieved a great deal by the end of the appointment. Thankyou.
