I could not agree more with other comments, very rude and useless, do not understand why it is still open. What I do not understand is why they are so pissed off with everybody all the time. I have been living here for 20 years, never a sign of a smile !

Unfortunately I've had to visit this post office on a few occasions as it's the closest one to my home. It is, without any doubt, the worst post office I have ever been to. All the staff are incredibly rude and yesterday they even lied to me by saying that they couldn't accept my parcels when there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. I then had to walk to another post office who accepted my parcels without hesitation. Avoid this place if you possibly can.

Some of the worst service I've ever had in my life. I had to go to the shop 4 times before the post office was open, and they refused to tell me when it would be closed. (They close at random times for seemingly no reason whatsoever.) When I finally managed to find it open, the older man started yelling at me that I had to pay for my envelope (which I had paid for, in front of his eyes, only a minute prior). It's the only post office in my area but I will happily go out of my way to never again step foot in their establishment.

Awful service! I went to drop off a parcel but had not had an opportunity to tape the parcel up (though the lid was securely closed).

Was rudely told that the staff would not accept the parcel and to bring it back to the desk properly packed. I tried to appeal to this gentlemans better judgement to supply a small piece of tape to wrap around the parcel and save me having to come back again but was abruptly told 'no, you have to buy it'.

Tape doesn't cost a lot and nor does service with a smile. Fair enough if he didn't want to help me but his attitude was so off.

Should this place even be a post office if they cant maintain the brand reputation?

Not good!

The person at the counter, Rabin, was very rude. I was there to pickup a parcel and he arrogantly scolded me me handing my ID to him with the picture facing downwards (it was a small thing - and he was demanding I apologize!).
I recommend you avoid this Post Office at all costs. Aside from this incident, I have, in general, experienced poor customer service and rude staff.

Very rude staff and unable to communicate.

Been a long-time customer of this Post Office, and never experienced any issues. I find the staff direct rather than rude. Instructions are always very clear with no messing about.
Perfectly content customer. (As for anyone complaining about lunch time closures of a small, family run branch, I suppose it IS unreasonable to expect people to eat, or take small comfort breaks that inconveniences you) :/

an old bitter bastard, sooner he kicks the bucket, sooner it'll be better for everyone involved, including him.

Staff here have always been friendly and helpful to me. But it is worth checking the Post Office open times from an official source as they differ from the Google times.

He's the rudest man in Battersea, she's not far off, wouldn't buy nothing from the shop as it's probably out of date.

He didn't want to take a parcel during working hours as he said there was nowhere to put it.

I thought it was just me who felt this way about this post office, but it's everyone,

Slow, Rude always a queue, shuts randomly - shops the pits - Royal Mail should look into it.

1 star is way too much for this post office, google should introduce -1, -2, -3 star options.
Called today at 13:17 to know the closing time, nobody answered the phone.
They called me back after 2 minutes asking if I had called that number and I said I wanted to know the post office's closing time for today the answer was: " post office is finished now, come back on Tuesday" and he hung up the phone. How rude!!!!! They should take the license away from these people, the only reason I'm going there is the only local post office in the area. Happy new year!! 😡

The staff (particularly the older man) in this post office are incredibly rude. Once the man shouted at me about where to put the labels on the parcel and another time he swore at me when I asked him a perfectly reasonable question. I've now reported him to the Post Office. It's completely unacceptable to treat customers this way and I would rather walk a mile to Clapham Junction instead of be subjected to this disgusting abuse again.
