Bridge Villa Camping And Caravan Park

Very pleasant site, close to Wallingford centre but on the other side of the bridge so it feels near the countryside too. Exceptionally clean and comodious washrooms. Lovely walks locally. Altogether top spot.

Turned down due arriving in a sign written van.
Very cold welcome from reception and politely asked if there were tent pitches available to be declined due to the vehicle I arrived in. (Normal van with my business name)
Upset and dissapointed due to this unnecessary discrimination.
Really relaxed area, however wouldn't recommend this site due to my experience.

Camped one night in August 17, great site, clean tidy, really good shower block/wash-up area, owner friendly and helpful. level pitches, close to river and Wallingford town. the only downside i could find was the lack of recycling facilities! Good value for money. Recommended!

Lovely site in a great location. Owners very helpful. Would have liked to stay longer but unfortunately full for the weekend, however, the owner did try very hard to find up a spot but to no avail. Will definitely be back again next year. Lynda, Gavin and Shadow Hartlepool

Set on the edge of a picturesque town (Wallingford), next to a lovely part of the River Thames. There's an outdoor pool and splash park across the road. Superb (and spotless) toilet and shower facilities on-site. Very crowded campsite though and we felt surrounded by caravans which prevents me from giving a higher rating.

Made welcomed at the moment we arrived. Staff were excellent very warm and friendly. All pitches were in very good condition and the washrooms and washing up facilities were first class. Highly recommended.

This could be a four or a five star site but I struggle to rate it even a three. It is a little worn around the edges, placements are close together and at weekends it can look like a car park but what drags it down is the elephant in the room.... this site is at least a 50% residential caravan park. The back of the site is full of old, greening caravans with a number of white vans coming and going at all times, long grass growing and looking generally down at heel. It's a real shame because the location is excellent, close to the Thames, the town and an outdoor swimming pool. Can't blame the owner for wanting an income but he needs to be honest about what the site had become.

Loved this site!! Owners more than happy to help you in every way. Site is immaculate. All facilities are spotless, very impressive. Shop on site for all yr needs.

Great, spacious, modern showers. Facilities are clean. Shop on site, no opening times, but a member of staff will come if you ring the bell. Lots of information on the local area and things to do. Stock in the shop seemed a bit random...not much BBQ/breakfast material. Not really a family site- more for couples/older people and there seemed to be a lot of people using it as a cheap base to stay whilst they are away for work. We were given a pitch near the busy main road, and we also found on site traffic to be noisy. Additionally we were disturbed by the dawn chorus of the mass of birds who appeared to live in the hedgerow at the back of our pitch. Good location for visiting Wallingford though and convenient for use of the outdoor pool across the road and accessing the river.

Great independent site. Showers etc rival any Caravan Club site. Owners very friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this site.
