'Wendy by moonlight’ – this week, we’ve been staying in Suffolk for the first time and pitched up next to Wendy, a lovely 1986 T25 Komet conversion.
We often get asked about campsites and most of the time we stay on Caravan and Motorhome Club CL sites. We’ve found these to be the most picturesque, peaceful and stress free camp sites around….and usually for £10-£15/night all in.
CL’s are privately owned and limited to only 5 vehicles and from our experience are often in the... most picturesque of locations. Many of the owners are campervanners and caravanners themselves and so know what we like to arrive to.
The one we’re staying on this week is located on an apple farm near the Suffolk coast. Like may CL, it has a really nice toilet and shower facility, great waste recycling arrangements, as well as a 16amp electric hook up for all plots. There are public footpaths off the site, with wonderful places to eat within a short distance.
Only members of the C and M Club, can stay on these sites, but annual membership is less than £50 and gives you access to hundreds of fantastic locations across the UK and the European mainland.

Scorching June sales despite the rain!...we've had our best June sales ever...and we're only half way through. Here's the total so far...remember, we can have one built specially for you in 6 weeks!

It's not a bad life.....last week we delivered a camper to Helen in Inverness. Setting out at 7am, we breakfasted at Tebay, lunched overlooking Pitlochry, cruised through the Cairngorms and finally arrived in Inverness at 3.30. After our renowned handover session, we finally said goodbye to a very excited Helen and boarded our flight home...and the hottest place in the country that day at 26C....Inverness. Superb scenery, great roads, excellent food, a happy customer.....talk about mixing business with pleasure..it was worth the free delivery...the Bridgewater Difference!

2017 was a bumper year for us with 50% more sales than planned! - thanks to all our customers.
