Went yesterday with family was the best afternoon tea we have ever had, staff and chef was lovely couldnt be more helpfull, will definately be going again, had a brilliant day thankyou.

Went on today for my grandads 80th and the staff made you feel so welcome like you have known them for ages. The food was outstanding. Will definitely do it again x

We went on this cruise last year and will be booking again I can honestly say it was a fabulous day the crew where outstanding the food was gorgeous the boat was just beautiful. Thank You for such a memorable day I highly recommend it

We held an 18th birthday and hired the barge for 3 hours. Absolutley outstanding service, food, they made everything perfect for my daughters 18th and decorated the boat for us. Couldn't have asked for more. Fantastic experience that we will all remember. Personal touches and support from the friendliest of people they went far beyond what was expecting. Highly recommend. We have just done Soph on a boat and my boys loved it. My older one (6) really understood and listened where as my other (3 ) was overly excited and not quite understanding it. But it was a fab morning as they have never been on a barge before �

We celebrated our silver wedding anniversary with our family and friends today. We all and a wonderful day. Afternoon tea was delicious. We have previously done the afternoon tea cruise and Sunday lunch and would highly recommend either.

My friend and I booked an afternoon tea cruise for 1.00pm on Wednesday 12th July. There was a bar on board so we both had a drink, and when the staff brought the afternoon tea out on a stand not only did it look lovely, the proof was in the eating! The sandwiches were delicious, the quiche was too and as for the desserts they melted in the mouth. The scone was as fresh as could be and we also had two cups of tea each. To top it off the weather was great too and the cruise down the canal was so relaxing, all in all money very well spent. Would I go back and do it again. Definitely!

Had a lovely afternoon tea with friends today. Staff were friendly and helpful and even brought us an extra plate of sandwiches when we explained that two us were vegetarian. The scone was probably the nicest I've eaten for a long time. We had a bottle of prosecco but that was an extra. I would definitely recommend this.

Had a brilliant time. Afternoon tea was the best we've had. My niece can only eat dairy free, and they made hers especially for her. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. My grandson, who is only 14mth old was poorly while on board, they were really good with us and even washed his clothes. Will defiantly be going again..xxx

Bridgewater cruises have once again surpassed themselves offering a very unique venue. My husband and I first went on the barge for an afternoon tea. This proved to be a very pleasant and enjoyable experience setting sail from Worsley village. The afternoon tea was beautifully presented and delicious. The trip down the Bridgewater canal was also really interesting and so relaxing. This lead us on to booking the barge as our wedding venue. Mark and the team are beyond helpful and professional. The barge looked beautiful and all my requests for how I wanted it to look were carried out and it looked stunning. Our wedding breakfast was just delicious and exceeded our expectation. All other dietary requirements were also catered for and all our guests were overwhelmed with the quality of the food. We had the most amazing afternoon and would highly recommend this unique and quirky way to celebrate any occasion. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Paul and Alison Morgan xx😍

Absolutely loved this. I went on with a couple of family members and my 4 year old son on Saturday. Food was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful and the weather was glorious. My son had an amazing time, will definitely be doing this again.

We had a hen party on board it was a wonderful experience. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was perfect. Hand on heart one of the best day's I have had. Will highly recommended this to anyone. They accommodate all sorts of occasions.

Very nice experience. The food was all very fresh and beautifully presented. Lovely atmosphere - shame about the rain but it didn't affect us. Was just s bit surprised we were charged extra for a hot chocolate drink? (£1.20 extra). I think all the tea's, coffee's and other hot drinks should be part of the £20 pp package. Very nice experience otherwise 👍
