Had a brilliant spa day using all the hotel facilities and a very professional back massage and facial by Savannah. She was very skilled and chatty which made the experience more enjoyable ! Thank you so much.

Bar meal good. Room clean. However wedding disco kept me awake until late, not enough sleep which isn't good when you are staying for work!!!!

I've been to this hotel twice with my partner. It is a lovely hotel you could stay comfortably for a day or two. We stayed 1 day each time. The room was cosy and fairy an okay size. It was clean and tidy. The breakfast was great too. I would recommend this place for a few nights but not a longer stay.

Me and my partner stayed here for one night on Saturday 30th. When booking this hotel, we specifically asked for a double bed, not two singles! The guy on the phone promised us that it would be a double. When arriving at our room, we had two single beds.
We went to reception and asked to change rooms, they said they didn’t have any rooms available and they were fully booked!
We then said we wanted our money back and miraculously a double bed became available!

There was also a 21st birthday happening in the hotel during our stay.
We could hear the music banging from our room.
We asked what time the music would be switched off and got told 12am...
At 00:15 the music was still blasting. We rang reception and the guy was very unhelpful. He said the music “should be” switched off at 0100am, however there wasn’t many guests left in the party so may be before. We told him we were told 12am, but he wasn’t at all bothered or didn’t offer any apology.

The beds were very uncomfortable and very cold in the bedroom.

The spa was very small, dirty and dated. Poor service. Poor communication.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is their breakfast. Good variety of food.

We paid a lot of money for a one night stay at this hotel which we thought would be a really nice stay. Should have stayed at the premier inn!

Certainly would not recommend to anyone wanting a quiet, peaceful and comfortable stay.

We certainly will not be returning.

Took my mother here for her birthday. Was nice and cute. Massages were great. Got it as part of a package deal. Restaurant gave my mum some fruits with happy birthday written on the plate small but the thought was nice. Q BURGER was tasty and huge

The room was modern and comfortable with a good shower and a big bed. The TV was slightly dated and the remote needed replacing. The food was excellent and the waiters and waitresses were superb. I stay here often and have never had an issue with any aspect of my stay.

Just went in for coffee. Great coffee. It was pricey, but someone else payed, so next time if I'm paying i might go somewhere else.

Only there for one night, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Food was delicious and spa facilities were on our with other places I've visited. Will definitely be returning in the future and would highly recommend too.

Went for a spa day, was very calm and relaxing. I got a deal on the treatments which were great but would not pay full price. Staff are extremely helpful and made the day totally stress free. Food is really nice, tastes fresh and comes out pretty quick. Would only go again if I had another deal or for food
