Bridging Change

Bridging Change aims to create a more equal and diverse society with positive outcomes for Black Asian and minoritised ethnic people in Sussex. Supporting to build stronger connections, networks and infrastructure. We work in partnership with organisations to support them to examine their own practice, policy and approaches using theory of change to ensure that together we are moving toward long term sustainable change.
