Fantastic experience with this shop, Brought my Trek Madone from them and the service I received was brilliant. Very knowledgeable people and great service all round!!

Good quality items at decent prices, coffee bar with decent coffee is a nice touch, and a bit of a banter with friendly staff. Came away with more than I planned - typical me :)

I brought a bike through the bike to work scheme they did not tell me about other things i could have had on the scheme. Taking the bike out of the shop the bike already had the front wheel on wonky and the front brake was faulty (they failed to repair it twice) had to contact manufacturer to get it fixed bridge town cycles accused me of causing the problem even though it was faulty when i picked it up from the shop new. Asked about setting front fork sag (a two minute job no tools required) told i would have to book a bike set up session and pay for it. i asked them to check my tyre pressures on my service to see what they were the guy looked appalled that i had dared to ask. You sped £600 on a bike and they don't want to help you set it up. Staff are quite poor. I bought my daughters bike from Halfords they were much better all round.

I came with my problem and 6 min later I was done and done! What could possibly make a customer more happy than that!
