Rang on the 21st march to get a price to hire a van told price which was very competitive. Got told I could pay by card over the phone went into book van on 22nd march ready for 1st of April then got told it can't be paid by card over the phone. I think their staff need updating on whether u can or u can't pay over the phone. Don't think I will try using them again went elsewhere to hire.
