Bridlington Caravan And Motorhome Club Site

Clean site yet not very well thought out. The childrens playground is hidden behind a big high hedge and can only be seen by 1 pitch. It is surrounded by a feild of high grass and woods. A very dangerous place especially as most parents let children use it unsupervised. Children as young as four left for ages by themselves. A tradgedy just waiting to happen.

We arrived at this site at roughly 11.30 at night after a long drive up from cornwall, after looking at reception to see what to do as late arrivals we followed the instructions to park I. The late arrival bay, as it was so late at night we didn't plug into the electric point provided.
At 7.30 the following morning I was greeted by the rudest ignorant site warden I have met.
Without any pleasantries he said "you didn't book this area what are you going to do about it now?" And continued to be so rude to me that I paid the site fee for the night before and left the site without even passing the barrier, I was so angry I got into my motorhome and traveled back to cornwall. I will NEVER return to this site as I do not expect to be spoken to like that in any aspect of life let alone on a long weekend break. So I would advise you look for another site in the area if you are visiting wether you are a late arrival or not!

We visited this site 17 - 19th February 2017 for the first time. We arrived around 6pm so it was dark. It would have been extremely helpful if the site signs were lit up at the entrance to the park as we almost drove past it. On arrival the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pitches are a very good size and site and toilet/shower block is immaculate. There is a dog waste bin near the entrance to the site which hadn't been emptied when we arrived and was overflowing and this was still case by Saturday teatime. It does look like a lot of work is being done on the site with landscaping. I am hoping some sort of hedge is put up around the pitches as it feels very open at the moment. Apart from these few snags, the pitches are a good site and the amenities are spotless. Can't really ask for much more - we will be returning later in the year.

We love our visits here. The staff change quite often but all seem to be pleasant.
There is a lovely enclosed dog walking area but lots of areas outside of the park for dogs to run about.
The children's play area is a bit out of the way so you can't keep an eye on the kids from your caravan. But it's also an enclosed area, well maintained and you can hear the kids from a lot of the pitches.
The facilities are clean, warm and well equipped.
