Visited the shop back in April, whilst on holiday in Dorset and we were invited out on the Thursday shop ride so we though why not? Such a welcoming bunch of riders and a beautiful scenic ride. Dan who runs the shop is so helpful and knowledgable. If I lived closer I would be riding with them all every week.

This is the best shop I've dealt with for quality of service, good feedback and good price. I was on holiday, and had my road bike serviced there. I was invited to join a Bridport club ride, which I did and enjoyed. The bike service was technically 7difficult, and I only had a day to do it before returning home. Rather than fobbing me off with an adequate service, they went the extra mile to get the bike just right, which was important to me as I have a 500 mile charity ride next week. I've given it a good trial, and it's perfect.

Thanks to Dan at Bridport Cycles I've now got a smooth running, (and clean), bike again. Some lovely new bar tape too. All at a great price, and a nice chat and cup of tea thrown in as well. Top service. Top bloke.

Stopped by at the end of my ride and Dan was welcoming,very helpful,gave me great advice and came out the shop with a few bike fit adjustment. I'm sure you'll be a success, keep up the great work. Thanks Ed

Popped in to see the new cycle shop at Manor Yard, Symondsbury and was very pleased with the prompt attentive service. My bike just needed some basic TLC and Bridport Cycles were friendly and efficient. Shall not hesitate to recommend this new outlet to all my cyclist friends.

Many thanks to Dan and Harry for their superb work fixing my bike, they both went above and beyond exemplary service and the bike now goes better then ever. Chapeau guys.

Just popped in this afternoon before lunch for a smooch and what do you know, I've walked out with a bike and all the gear! Service was spot on and the prices are fab. Can't wait to get out and about on the new wheels..

Incredibly grateful for Dan's kindness and help today, a huge thank you for making a difference in a young person's life thank you so much x

I popped into see Dan during a recent holiday in Bridport. He was a great help to me by plotting out a local 30 mile road route (with 2 brutal climbs!). Also gave good advice regarding the 8km CX route around the Symondsbury Estate, which I then completed with my son. He also spent his valuable time talking about various bikes... 3 weeks later and I've bought from Dan a new Genesis CDF Decade, at a very competitive price! Again nothing was too much trouble for him.



All in all a top bloke who demonstrates 5* customer service. Hopefully I'll be back in the area for a holiday next year!!
