We are seeing higher than normal levels of radio problems with a small increase in radio fails and devices unable to connect for our CSL Connected and DualCom services. Our network providers and CSL infrastructure engineers are currently investigating. If your system is monitored, the ARC may call you with a radio fault or polling fail. Your secondary path will still allow communications to them. And you can still use... your system as normal, but not the app.
