My daughter enjoyed the half term session at Meir community centre

User

I'm rating this 5* because the support they give is outstanding. I remember the first time I joined I was very quiet and shy and Sat in a corner colouring . It took a lovely support worker to introduce me to a girl who became my best friend then i gained more friend. Then it seems that I got my friends into colouring. Then I started doing 5d diamond painting and my friends and other people took it up as well. I started volunteering which i love doing dearly. Sometimes I have to ask a support worker how well am I doing? Because sometimes when i get something negative in my head I can start believing it myself so i am having to ask to get. This service is amazing and outstanding.

Brighter Futures do a great job, with very limited resources, and are VERY appreciative of clothes, donations and suitable food xx

User

We'll its 2:30 AM and I am being kept awake by my neighbour and his guests because they are playing a game system loudly, stamping on the floor and for some reason using an electric drill? All thanks to Brighter Futures who put them there. If you aren't one of their clients Brighter Futures don't give a shit about your welfare or your right to a noise free environment. I have to put in a full days work tomorrow but it looks like this will be going on all night. I wish Brighter Futures would leave me alone, my quality of life is in the toilet since they bought the flat above.

User

This review is for new days only , i personally would recommend for their work shop and other things like that !! I was going to go here myself until i witnessed the way my son was treated , mental health is a sensitive issue and should be treated that way if people are going to move on in their life , you need a total understanding and this didn't seem to be happening , staff shortage is another issue !! I think they definitely need to look at the way are running new days !!
