We had so many problems with our solicitors and our buyers solicitors, and even surveyors back in Wales. Our solicitors blaming buyers solicitors on things not being done, lost files. Even the estate agents in Wales weren't being any help, just kept fobbing us off with excuses. Being we were renting back in Bridgwater we use to go into Brightest move most days. Martin or Natasha would be on our case. They would get in touch with our solicitors even the Estate agents back in Wales. They were very professional on getting things moving, sorting out problems that our solicitors failed to do, they never gave up and I really don't think we could have made this move without their perserverance.
