Brightfire Holistic provides sound therapy, retreat space, holistic therapies, gong baths, and sound workshops.

Retreat space, individual therapies and private gong baths are available in beautiful converted barns in rural Herefordshire.

We also take our work out into the community, providing sound for relaxation in a wide variety of settings, such as public sound baths, care homes, hospices, schools, festivals, private events, yoga retreats, health and well--being retreats, and health spas. Clients also book private sessions for birthday treats with groups of friends. We recently provided a 'hen party' group with a very special healthy alternative event, including a sound bath, tipi gathering, and raw chocolates.

Sound therapy can work on many levels, helping to relax the body and still the mind. The deep vibrations from the gongs travel through your body, as you rest. The sounds can also take you into a relaxed meditative state, with some people saying they feel as though they have had a really deep long sleep, after just an hours sound bath. Sound therapy can be helpful for people with symptoms of stress such as insomnia, anxiety, headaches, and tension. The sound baths and individual sound therapy sessions often have an effect of a persons emotional well-being, allowing the release of emotions, such as fear, grief or anger, which may lead to physical ill health if held inside. People often report that they feel clearer, energized and well rested after a sound bath.

We work with a variety of sound therapy instruments, such as gongs, drums, wind instruments, harps, tuning forks, voice and chimes. We also facilitate workshops in singing for health and well-being.
