Very poor some staff helpful but manager is very useless, very unhelpful and smarmy my fridge freezer broke and have more than 4 children said to by food as I go knowing I went shopping day b4 they couldn't get anyone to me for 5 days and managers response is living without a fridge and freezer manageable and I would be able to do it when asked what I should do with food he couldn't help part from there refund me if I was to buy more insaid I wouldn't be paying for that week as would get a freezer to hold me until they fix mine to his reply to that was were cancel your purchase then he is a joker and who ever made him manger needs a training course into what mangers should be cus he is dam right useless and unhelpful
