Have used these kennels for around 10 years. Everyone is very supportive and know your animal(s).A few years ago I had the unfortunately experience of one of my dogs falling ill on the day of my return from holiday. They took him to the vet but he could not be saved,. They were so kind and Margaret was as upset as I was. They helped me through that difficult day, and Tony stayed with Duke whilst he was put to sleep. Barry also takes lovely pictures of your animal!

Went for a weeks holiday first time in 11 years put both my dogs in the kennels brightlingsea i fretted for them they were happy there they both kept together, because of the smaller one bella she scoffs her food quickly and eats the other ones food if not watching so the daughter sat in with them so oscar got his food,all there bedding was washed and dryed ready to take home i feel really happy thst they are looked after exercise three times a day brillient place def recomend 5 stars is not enough thankyou for looking after bella and oscar

Best care for your dogs and cats, been using them for last 2 years after switching from my last kennels, so glad I did.
Run by caring family who obviously spend a lot of time with the dogs/cats as they told me things only you would know if you spend a lot of time with them.

Can't recommend you guys enough, really changed my mind on how I perceived kennels to be, especially the previous ones I used to use.
The care and attention you gave our dogs was amazing, the updates via Facebook and the pictures you sent me made our holiday experience so much more better as we were relaxed after seeing them enjoying themselves.
My wife actually cried seeing the pictures, she was that happy!!!
Credit to all you guys at Brightlingsea kennels, I'm so happy I trusted you with our dogs and would definitely be using again.

Have taken our dog Millie there for years and would recommend it to anyone, a fantastic family run kennels that is very clean and welcoming. This kennels is also unique as they take time out of their working day to send updates and pictures of Millie to let us know how happy she is while she was staying with them, 10/10 would not take our dog anywhere else.

Really do highly rate these guys. I have never been a fan of kennels due to bad experiences in the past, but this kennels are in a different league compared to other ones and believe me I have look round most of them in the area.
I'm happy to rate brightlingsea kennels 5 stars due to the excellent care and attention they provided my dog.
Really loving caring people who run it more for the animals rather than a business.
Will be using again and thank you once more for all the care you gave Prince!!
