We are looking for two new staff members to work around 35 hrs/w, £8 per hour with holiday pay accrued per hour (please ask if you’d like more details). The position is for entry level barstaff with room to quickly progress to key holder/supervisor for the right applicant.
... A keen interest in delicious beers, food and customer service is a must. Experience preferred. As you all know, we are a friendly, beer led pub and are looking for the right people to reflect that and join our little team.

The job would be starting at the end of August, 30-35hrs a week and £8.50 per hour.

In January this year a number of the Norths leading Independent Breweries met at the Palace of Arts in Newcastle (which is home to Wylam Brewery) and hatched a plan to collaborate in order to celebrate northern craftsmanship as part of the the Great Exhibition of the North which takes place in Newcastle and Gateshead this summer.
All the beers were brewed in collaboration and packaged at Wylam Brewery.

How good do the Dizzy Gull specials sound today. Perfect with a couple of refreshing beers. The Fourpure Brewing Co. Pils is a cracking clean, crisp pilsner and the Thornbridge Brewery Tulameen is a lip smacking sour raspberry wheat beer.

Our next Takeover is coming up quick. The awesome Brick Brewery SE15 will be down from SE London with a bunch of awesome keg and cask this Friday (4th May). Beers from midday, the guys will be with us in the evening to talk shop.

Wide variety of tasty beers and very knowledgeable staff! We had a blast!

Went there for the Brooklyn Brewery pump take over. Locals very friendly. Don't allow stag do's once they realised we had just finished Santa dash, we had a laugh and some excellent beers

Such a lovely pub. Had a lovely evening here where I, and my spaniel, were made to feel very welcome. Great beers and knowledgeable staff. Good, and reasonably priced, food too. Cannot recommend enough!

Not only a range of well kept real ale but amazing food to snack on...including beer battered gherkins!!!

Lucky to happen upon the tap takeover for my first visit - the Hippy Berliner sour was gorgeous. Great atmosphere (the presence of a dog is always a welcome sight!) and managed to snag the conservatory sofa as arrived early, but the place was packed by 5.30 on a Friday, as expected. Chips (non veggie version) were delicious but even as a Londoner the small portion for £4 seemed steep. Will definitely be back!

Lovely staff who were more than happy to explain the various stouts' attributes and gorgeous stout and ale in a relaxed environment for stout and ale lovers I couldn't recommend it enough!

I didn't stay long but the Track Zoji I had was excellent, very good selection of cask and craft as well as some ciders on tap. One of the best I have found in Brighton.

Hands down one of the best Sunday Roasts I’ve ever had. Dizzy Gull have nailed the food at this friendly pub. Looking forward to returning.

Favourite pub in Brighton! Always amazing beer options - lots of craft beer too. Lovely, friendly, cosy atmosphere. Also had yummy nibbles. A must if you like beer and fun!

Fab quiz (including a creative round) on a Wednesday night. Nice staff, friendly atmosphere, short food menu of tasty things, and interesting range of drinks. What's not to like?

An uncomplicated, friendly and relaxing place to spend some time with friends or read your book. A great selection of beers and whiskey to choose from and the food isn’t too shabby either. Will return for further research

Luvly little pub,extreamly helpful happy friendly staff BUT if you don't drink beer the canned cola that they mix spirits with is just revolting,we moved on after one round x

Beer was nice enough but I haven't been in such a disgusting toilet since I used a public toilet in Turkey 30 years ago. Sure it's important to have clean lines and we'll kept beer but all the details go towards the impression you make....
