Brighton County Court Never ever answers there phones what a waest of tax payers money . British justice it its designed for people to fail . As a number of public and tax payer I expect to to have same help when I need like other public sector jobs i.e. Police and NHS
Service is not good enough and bring shame to the crown. Please if your not happy with this Service send email to Buckingham Palace as all courts answer to the crown.
Can't believe the court allowed a 2 year old to travel alone with his abusive father to another country. Cafcass is no help, I was manipulated by my ex, that he would give my belongings back, and leave me alone if I told Cafcass that he was a good father, and now they are using that against me. He has been harassing me, stalking me, making threats to kill. Still waiting on Police to come to an conclusion. This is a joke. I'm a foreigner in a country where I feel I get no help or support. When I do their hands are always tied. How can a single mother afford a solicitor? It also takes ages to get Legal Aid, and that only gets you little help. I don't wish for anyone to go through what I am going through. I'm devastated, heartbroken.
Sadly terrible service delay was blamed on staff sickness my application has still not been assigned to a court and it's been three weeks. Shall be making a complaint.
Idiot on the counter looked and spoke to me like I was something stuck to his shoe. Unhelpful, ignorant, bordering rude and without ant interest in what was clearly very upsetting. In the real world he would be sacked before his first lunchbreak but in Public service probably a role model.
Tried all day to ring them with no answer!! so visited the court only to be confronted by two staff sat on there phones doing nothing and no help at all!!! awful service for ridiculous prices!!
