Went to brioche burger tonight for dinner and was given the 5 star treatment by the boss! Have to admit the food came on time as explained when ordering and the manager's recommendations were spot on.

Keep up the good work guys and will definitely visit when in the area again

Went out to grab something to eat after a New Year's Eve hangover

The place is lovely the food was great, very tasty and portions just right. Really did the job. Love the decor and the ambiance. The staff were very friendly and explained the menu with great patience . We had a great time and will definitely be coming back to try more flavours. Thanks guys.

Walthamstows- phili stake burger 🍔 - Amazing. Great service even at 9.30 pm.

User

Tried Brioche Burger for the first time yesterday evening (delivery) and was blown away. The burgers were enormous and exceptionally tasty. The beef was succulent and juicy, and the flavour of the onions reminded me of the fairground burgers I used to enjoy as a kid growing up in the States. I had low expectations of the skin-on chips (I usually enjoy skinny, crispy fries), but even these were delicious and disappeared quickly. To me, the burgers at Brioche Burger are the closest to the American burgers I enjoyed in my hometown - better than any other burgers from the chains in London. Now that I've discovered Brioche Burger, I'll be hard-pressed from ordering anywhere else again. If that's not a ringing endorsement, then I don't know what is!

User

Stumbled upon this lovely place by chance today. My daughters had the Hand of the King Burger and Ibwent for the mozerella and spinach veggie option (I'm not a vegitarian..It just sounded lovely). Completely recommend this place and hope to see you opening in lots more venues. Lovely friendly service too

User

Of all the halal burger joints, this is by far and away the best bar none. The range of burgers, steaks and sides are absolutely great and with a Michelen 2 star chef to design the menu you know its going to be great. I had the wagyu beef burger, and it didn't disappoint, a notch above their regular burgers it's a flavorful and pleasant experience on the tongue. Admittedly, I wasn't a fan of the Angus, I felt the flavour of the meat was overpowered by the sauce but there are enough options to satiate your desires. Service 10. Food 10. Ambience 8.

User

Jazakallah khayr for all the amazing sisters who came to tonight's Brioche Burger dinner.

We had a great turnout, good conversations and amazing food.

Also thank you to the staff at Brioche Burger for hosting us!

Hope to see you all again at our next event, as we all enjoyed having you there!

We raised around £260 towards our pledge for am ambulance, and just as importantly we made new friends, caught up with old ones, and welcomed a new sister into our beautiful deen!

May Allah reward you all abundantly xx

User

Had the best halal full english here ever! And the pancakes were amazing from the suhoor menu! A very good improvement from the original green st venue

User

First of all i have to say the best organised service during Iftar, well organised team, friendly and service with a smile....OMG The Wagyu, The World's Best Beef, please try The Super Saiyan you will not be disappointed, we order wings and 3 types of fries, mojito and shakes, best Burger i have had in a while if Not the Best Burger!

User

The Lone Ranger Angus burger was one of the best burgers I've had, better than the normal beef burgers which are still very good. On another visit, the steak was cooked medium rare, how I like it, but the accompanying peppercorn sauce had lumps of pepper seeds and was quite overpowering.

Speciality drinks were ok, but the pina colada style drink was the nicest IMO.

Overall, wouldn't mind visiting multiple times and would highly recommended.

User

Excellent service, great food at a reasonable price. Definitely can't go wrong with any of their special burgers and their take on a philly cheese steak, although not authentic is interesting and quite tasty. Wagyu burgers are amazing and Brioche have converted my belief that a Wagyu burger is a scam and I love it!

User

The staff are friendly, we were a party of 14, the restaurant was not full when we first ordered but got busier.

As a result some of our meals and drinks were forgotten about and we got them after our family had finished eating... the nachos were dry and hard but the burgers were worth the wait.

User

Had a lovely meal here today guys but it was a huge disappointment for all Angus burgers and steaks to be sold out. I hope you work on the stock situation because for half the menu to be obliterated isn't great. Friendly staff but slow service. The delicious standard non Angus beef burgers did redeem you somewhat.

User

Decided to go for dinner at this restaurant after hearing so many mixed reviews. I have to say, the ambience and atmosphere was lovely. The waitress was welcoming and looked after us immediately. She brought me a high chair and made us comfortable.

The food menu itself needs pictures!?! When you read the descriptions, it all seems the same. Pictures are a must!

Before our burgers were made, one of the kitchen staff abruptly approached us and aggressively explained that the burger we ordered will be pink, my husband responded by saying that 'we are aware and it's not the first time we've ordered a burger!' It was the employees abruptness that took us by surprise, he was offensive in his approach. If he was that concerned about customers knowing the outcome of a 'medium' cooked burger, he should have images to show the difference, not talk down on his customers.

The food itself was ok, it had flavour but wasn't worth what we paid. Big Moes is a couple of miles down the road and has amazing food and fantastic customer service, all at a reasonable price, something these lot should consider. If it wasn't for the waitress who served us, I think we would have walked out after being spoken to like an imbecile.

Would I come here again? Maybe? Since it's the only place that serves HMC Wagyu for miles! But not anytime soon. I'm a big fan of places that deliver good customer service, and the waitress totally smashed it, more than the food.

User

Been meaning to check this place out for a while. The service is lovely but slow. The food is... ok, I guess. They said they're sides are big portions. That one between two was enough. No sorry, it wasn't. I had to order more food. Overall, an average experience.

User

1. Machos Nachos - Really fresh tortilla tastes very similar to the dough used for a samosa pastry and the tomato sauce light and refreshing - Tasted like a great homemade starter.

2. The Maharaja - Spicy chicken breast as a filling for the brioche bun - Chicken cooked and spiced perfectly.

3. Lone Ranger - Angus Beef as the filling. If you like a very well done burger than this will be your cup of tea. For all the hype regarding this established for having the perfect dry aged 21 day Aberdeen Angus Beef using the the finest parts of the meat unfortunately was a huge disappointed and let down. Over cooked meat ruined any flavour the meat may have had. It was not a one off mistake as it was replaced with exactly the same type of burger so I believe that the chef for today just doesn't know how to cook a beef burger !

4. Rustic chips cooked with Rosemary and Cajun salt was very tasty although a bit to much salt for my liking.

5. Honey Mango milkshakes were good !

User

Price on the receipt different from the price on the menu (overcharged) ordered the rustic chips had instead French fries Burger was ok but Not good value for your money

Been to B.B. three times and two out the three there has been an issue.

This time we took our kids. It was brunch time and I’ve got to say that I was surprised there was no kids menu. Now the i have to say the food is great but for the money you really feel it’s over expensive. At £11.95 for an all day breakfast I’d expect a lot more than arrived at the table. I could have easily eaten double. Even my partner who eats likes. Sparrow was left hungry. They need to rethink the cost of the food and the drinks. The coffee was terrible. Even the waitress asked us if we liked it then proceeded to tell us they’d had loads of complaints.

The pancakes were half cooked. The entire fry up was deep fried then browned off on a skillet. It took 35 mins for all of our food to arrive. The kids on all occasions were left to way longer than the adults.

£71 for 6 sounds like a lot when you consider that’s 6 non alcoholic drinks, 3 breakfasts and 2 sets of pancakes.

I’d expect that of somewhere with a real wow factor.

Oh yeah and it’s pretty damn poor to stick anyone next to a dumping ground for your excess food/space invade machine and general rubbish.

User

The service is usually 10 / 10, I’ve been here in 5-6 occasions. Matt and the other short asian guy are genuinely friendly and very welcoming! Unfortunately, after yesterday (28/01/17), I’ve decided to make this the last visit! I visited the Green street branch, there was 8 of us (mum, sisters etc), we bought £90 worth of food, our order was very simple, 7 butterfly burgers, a few portion of chips, nachos and a few drinks.

A few seconds before the food arrived on the table, my family and I were pushed into paying for the bill upfront as they had to shut down their tills. So by this time all the food was on the table and we had to ramble through our pockets for cash, it was just stupid. Furthermore what really wound me up, is I was put in a situation to leave the restaurant and look for ATM’s, they only took cash. Luckily one of the elder’s in my family had the cash. I found this very humiliating, we had to stop our food and pay upfront, this is a sit down restaurant, not a fast food takeaway. After clearing payment, eating the burger felt like a time constrained task, the guy was grumpy and just wanted to rush us. Furthermore, the burger and fries were not as tasty as it should have been, I could see management watching us in the corner; subliminally pushing us to leave.

I appreciate we all have homes to go to, but we're spending £90 on a service, management made it seem like a privilege to eat at their restaurant! If management is unable to provide a satisfactory level of service, then I suggest not trading in that last half hour. You guys are supposed to be a premium burger joint, your burgers are not cheap, so don’t treat your customers like numbers.

I travelled 1 hour from Heathrow to get here and then to receive this this kind of shiddy service, I will never come again.
