Our aim is to give everyone a pleasant, enjoyable and safe flight. Ballooning is an adventure, a magic carpet ride, something not to be rushed. The flight will last for about one hour, the whole outing usually takes between 3 and 4 hours. We fly in the late afternoon or evening and soon after dawn to take advantage of the stable air and light winds found at these times of the day. We do not fly if it is raining or very windy. The main flying season is March to October, however, "Exclusive" flights are available throughout the year. For further information see the website or call us.
Ballooning, like serendipity, is the art of making happy and unexpected discoveries by chance. Where we go is entirely dependent upon the wind. No two flights are the same. The average distance we travel is ten miles, affording you stunning views of the surrounding scenery.
Age is no barrier to enjoying this spectacular journey, our passengers ages range from nine to ninety! We provide a friendly and personal service. Passengers may like to help lay out and launch the balloon or simply leave this to our ground crew. For your safety and comfort we suggest you wear outdoor clothing suitable for the time of year. A balloon basket is a brilliant platform for photography, bring a camera or camcorder, plenty of memory and a spare battery!
Chilled Champagne or orange juice is served with our compliments. Each passenger receives a commemorative flight certificate signed by the pilot. Our experienced retrieve crew, who are in radio contact with the balloon, meet us on landing and will return you to the launch site.

Today sees the end of the big balloon flying season, (smaller balloons may fly on subject to weather). The 2018 season was unlike any for a few years, late starting due to the aftermath of ‘Beast from the East’, but then a wonderful few months, all looking set fair for August, not, well at least not for the balloon fiesta, and October finishing with remnants of various tropical storms etc. Thank you to all those that flew with us and looking forward to 2019 season and flying those who unfortunately did not get to take their flight.
