great service , I emailed him regarding getting my Tannnas solid tyres fitted and the next day he collected them from my house and they were fitted and returned the day after day.

I've been using Gary for over three years now and can honestly say that the service is always good and great value for money. In an age of online and large corporates it's good to use a local business that has great customer service.

Overall excellent experience, couldn't get my bike booked in anywhere around work and never knew this place existed on route home. Very happy they squeezed my bike in before closing on the same day. Reasonable prices and a friendly personal service you don't get from the big national retailers.

Very competent bike mechanic and great value too. Managed to extract a rather stubborn crank using a variety of techniques! Will definitely go back for future bike repairs.

I urgently needed my road bike repaired as was training for an Ironman and had issues with the bottom bracket as well as the pedals. I phoned them and was told if I could get the bike to them straight away they would have a look. I think the guy who serviced my bike was Rich who was covering for an event that they were assisting with but he was really good. He phoned to let me know what he had found and even fitted a 2nd hand bottom bracket they had in store for next to nothing. Bike was serviced the same day and I was able to get back to the shop and pick it up. Rich even stayed open a little later than usual to allow me time to get there. Really impressed and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from Gary and at competitive prices. His encyclopaedic knowledge has helped to prepare me and my road bike for a 436 mile charity bike ride. He even showed me how to put on the last bit of the tyre without having to use any levers to avoid pinching the inner tube - a very useful skill needless to say which was very useful on a multitude of occasions. Thanks Gary!

Frankly, Gary and various glamorous assistants could not have done any more to help me with my 80's Peugeot road bike restoration project. This lot have my future custom till I can no longer ride. Good luck to 'em all..
