My vision is to teach people good nutrition, healthy eating and the importance of regular exercise. I like to help my clients understand basic nutrition based on the “zone way of thinking” and simplifiy how to eat correctly by having the right nutrients at the right times for anyone to reach their desired goals.

There are a lot of misconceptions about the nutrition and workout ratio. 80% of the way we look is down to nutrition with only 20% being down to the correct workout. Don’t make that mistake and waste your efforts in the gym by not fuelling your body with the right nutrition.
