My husband stayed during the week and had a really good experience, good room, excellent breakfast and gym so I booked a Friday night to stay with the family and oh my god how do I regret it. I was expecting top quality room when the coffee table was broken and a hazard to my 5 yrs old, the bathroom small and dated and the temperature extremely hot.
As my hubby said the food was good we decided to have food in the restaurant but as we got there the staff was not prepared ie one menu for the 3 of us, 4 tables were sitting there he hadn't ordered , we quickly discovered there were only 3 members of staff (including one from a different department in the hotel) at 6.30pm on a Friday night. As we had a 5yrs old with us we decided to go and eat in the bar instead, a lot quicker.
Overall, I found the organisation very poor,I don't blame the staff as they don't do the rotas and I don't know what training they get but I was expecting a lot more for such a brand, especially on a weekend when they had a conference on. Won't be recommending or booking again. Not great value for money.

Attended for a Roadshow. Staff were extremely helpful, hotel was clean, room was spacious. Food was excellent. Can't wait to come back.

Very clean and lovely staff. The breakfast was great too! Only gripe was that there are no baby change facilities although staff haphazardly thought there might be a changing desk in the leisure centre. The reception team fed back our complaint and we received a little something to say sorry. Overall very satisfied with our stay and our daughter loved the popcorn machine in the evenings 🙂

Good breakfast, great rooms for family stay. Enjoyed the pool and very good gym facility. There were a selection of games available for us to play with the kids to play and staff were very friendly especially to our children. The hotel is in exceptional position for shopping. Glass of rose wine was a bit pricey at £11, and parking in the NCP car park next door is handy but £17 for 24 hours is also a bit expensive - apart from that we would definitely recommend staying here.

Brilliant venue with a beautiful restaurant, bar, terrace and open dining space for guests and events. Friendly staff, spacious rooms and immaculate service! One of my favourite hotels in Bristol!

Small but good gym facilities with a spa and steam room. The staff at the gym are brilliant, always ready to help you! Ribs at the main restaurant are delicious!

Location is very good, really close to the city, within walking distance of the shops. Room was fine, no problems and great view from the upper floors. All the staff are very friendly and breakfast was excellent. Very pleased with stay.
