Streetscene /Highways /Licencing Enforcement, Animal Health & Pollution Control are being brought together to create the Neighbourhood Enforcement Team

NET combines a number of enforcement functions for Bristol City Council including – StreetScene; Animal Health; Pollution control (noise, light, dust, ); Licensing ( bars, clubs, taxi licencing); Highways:

The teams aim is to assist in the delivery of sustainable “safe, clean and green” outcomes for Bristol’s neighbourhoods through a combination of prevention, education, partnership and enforcement action to achieve lasting behaviour change in the city.

When issues are reported to the city council via the call centre (0117 922 2100) or on a web form ( www. bristol. gov. uk ) this is the team that takes action.
