If you have a site that needs testing and want us to take care of it, we can do everything from helping to set the KPI's, to writing the scripts, to testing the users and compiling the results into a presentation. User testing involves watching and analysing your typical customers use and interaction with your digital projects: anything from websites, smartphones, tablets & applications. If you're a UX consultant and just want the lab facilities in order to run your own tests and bring your own candidates, we have two pairs of observation and testing suites for hire, with enough available space for 10 observers and 2 usability candidates. Each pair of suites can be hired from £500 + VAT for a half-day, £800 + VAT for a full day, and we can offer optional services on top! You will now get a special discount of 20% on your first booking for up to a week.
