Bristol Street are very good when it comes to offering good value for money when selling cars, but after sale experience is horrendous. Never answer the phone, don't return calls when promised, waiting time for any work is at least a month, don't provide a courtesy car (even though literature for service plan states that they do!). Then when they acknowledge you have a faulty car they conveniently lose the paperwork, so claim they have no evidence they ever saw the car.

Saw a used car on the BSM website. I dealt with Dean, who assured me that the vehicle was in brilliant condition. Drove from Manchester to buy it and was not disappointed. The car was in nearly new condition. Fantastic, professional service all the way through the transaction with Dean . Never force selling, which I hate. Love the car !! thank you very much

phoned at 9 am for parts, unable to be connected so was asked to leave my number and they would ring back, heard nothing back by 10.30am so called again, this time i got connected but wrong department (service) attempted to be transferred but unable to get through was asked to leave my number so they could call back, explained that i had done so allready but not had a call? So they tried again this time managed to get through to parts, I had reg /chassis number at hand gave him all the details and explained what i needed he took my details and said he would phone back with price and availability......that was 5 days ago, never heard a thing.

I am deeply disappointed with this Nissan dealership if not angry. Whenever I took my car to them, I never came out of the garage with less than £500 bill. Today I took the car for change of brake discs and pads, routine service and MOT £1000. Disgusting. The estimate I was originally given was £500, then went up to £750, and while the car in the garage the bill went up again to £1000. The car is 2012 Nissan Qashqi, 50000 miles, lightly used. Why should such car require £1000 worth of routine work is totally byond me. Will never use their service again, will never buy Nissan again.

Very good my car developed a fault and the staff went the extra mile to help me out the staff where very nice and helped me get my car back on the road I will recommend thud dealership to any one they didn't just help they went out the way to fit me in even though they where very busy
