Wildscreen at Bristol University continues this term with a screening of the award-winning 'Sisters of the Wilderness' on 18 October. This is a public, pay-what-you-can event (all proceeds supporting Wildscreen's work in bringing wildlife filmmaking to public audiences), with a Q&A with producer Ronit Shapiro following the film.

This event is coming up on Friday 26th January. Tickets are free for staff and students. It'll be a great opportunity to hear from Kate Summerscale, who won the Samuel Johnson Prize in 2008 for nonfiction for her book 'The Suspicions of Mr. Whicher', which was subsequently made into an ITV series. She has written a series of biographies and true-crime books, including 'The Queen of Whale Cay', and most recently 'The Wicked Boy'.
