We contacted Britannia on a recommendation from a friend after being let down by some other local firms, Vinny was superb, arranged the video call during Covid-19, made us aware of any recommendations and procedures.

We accepted the quote based on his professionalism and helpfulness alone and we were very happy with the 3x guys who arrived in both lorries and their efforts. Even in times when i was tied up, they used their initiative and remembered where unlabelled items came from and placed them in the correct rooms.

They literally took everything for us, and took covid-19 very seriously.

They took all of our stress away. Would recommend highly.

Despite having a lengthy video chat and property inspection we were never called back again. I emailed countless times to be told our quote would arrive soon. 2 months later nothing! Decided to go with a rival company.

They seemed fine until we got our stuff in Australia. Then we realised they didn't take much care at all in packing our stuff.

Very well conducted move on 21/22 January. The lads who did the move for us were brilliant. No complaints at all. Highly recommend.

Moving home can be very traumatic. Using Britannia was the very best choice I could have made. Packing was done flawlessly, loading was very quick and unloading the next day at the other end was achieved with no problem. I can seriously recommend Britannia and in particular Steve and Jamie who were very helpful, very strong and very careful.
