Worst movers by far of the 10 or so moves I have made. Though they charged me £240 to wrap fragile items they broke or mislaid over 30 including Meissen figurine value perhaps £1000 china birds, antique furniture picture glass..
The considered it acceptable to repair family heirlooms now irreprably damaged.
Even worse they have still not recompensed me and to try and minimise their responsibility have lied on several occasions.
They seem to think it is my fault, take weeks to reply to my emails and have never apologised.

The removal guys are amazing so hard working and down to earth nothing is to much trouble for them. I take my hat off to Mr and Mrs Lane for running such a great well oiled company. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for storage. Van and minibus hire or Removels
