Food's good but delivery time is shocking

Food is okay but Delivery takes far too long, was told 45 mins and still waiting 90 mins later

Waited 2 hours for delivery. Food arrived cold, soggy, slimey and inedible. Chicken was dripping with dirty brown grease, chips were rubbery and a dirty brown colour, corn on the cob looked like it passed it's best long ago and tasted only of hot water.. worst takeaway iv ever had and will never ever order from here again. The lot went in the bin. Absolute disgrace. Should be shut down! It's not even worthy of the one star.

Took THREE hours to receive order of chicken wrap, chips & hot wings. Wrap looked like it had been posted through letterbox, it was so thin. Chips were rubbery, hot wings were ok. Phoned 3 times to see where order was, hung up on us twice. Do ya self a favour, go to tesco, buy a wrap, cook chicken & chips yourself. It would be quicker. Growing the spuds for the chips would be quicker than ordering from these guys.

I really don't get the negative comments on here, me and my family use these guys everytime we fancy chicken and ribs. They are really friendly and delivery is always hot and on time. The food is top notch and the ribs are brilliant. Negative comments aside I will always use these guys I think they are great.

Ordered on line at 7pm, an hour and 20 minutes later still not arrived
Phone up to be told driver couldn't find us....we live on Laindon High Road!! Not the first bad experience. Will NEVER use these idiots again. AND the food is disgusting and cold

Delivery from here is appalling. On the last 3 occasions we've received only half our order. This time we sent what we did receive back with the delivery driver. Chips are always soggy & mostly cold. I love the chicken burger from here but no more. Terrible service.

Two hours for delivery. I could have hunted a chicken quicker. I won't bother with this place again

Horrible! Would never ever recommend it, gave us the wrong order first of all, gave us two boxes of chips!!! Then our proper meal came 40 minutes later, and the chicken was soggy and disgusting and the chips were over cook and you could tell they were warmed up.

Worst food in essex never going back there dont even deserve 1 star should close down
