Careers Fair 2018
Each year a collection of organisations: SOAS, BIMA, RUSTAM and KCL Iran Soc gather to hold a careers fair for students between the age of 14-18. The event has been running for the past 5 years. We use this an opportunity to inspire young students to pursue whatever career they want!!

BIMA has gone through some significant changes over the past year. In the next couple of weeks we will be back with a brand new website and an event to relaunch the organisation!! Watch this space

Dear All,
Every year BIMA (along with other organisations) collaborates with Rustam School to organise mentoring events for children hoping to go to university. This year we are also working with King’s College Iranian Society.
Our aim is to promote other subjects and also show them the path to university.
... This year the event is being held at SOAS on Saturday 21st of January 2017
In order to have a successful event we need speakers to guide students about the application process, personal statements etc. We are still short of a few speakers in the following areas:
Engineer (Post Graduate) Teaching (Undergraduate/Mid-Training) Accounting (Undergraduate) Management (Undergraduate) Marketing/Advertising (Undergraduate) Aviation (Mid-Training)
If you are interested or know anyone that would be of help then please leave a message. Ideally postgraduates should be recently graduated as children generally find it easier to build a rapport with those closer to their age.
We would really appreciate your help but this is for the children not for us!!

Dear BIMA Members,
BIMA has been undergoing a lot of reorganisation and is currently working on a new website.
Our work hasn't stopped and has only just began but to cope with the high demands we needed to reconfigure a few organisational things.
