Remember to always use dubbin rather than polish on waxed leather shoes such as deck shoes. Polish may give a nice shine but will not give the leather the nourishment needed. You can find everything you need to take care of all Troyes of leather on our website as well as a handy shoe care guide www.britishshoecompany.co.uk

The penny loafer. A classic style that’s been in fashion one way or another since the 1930’s. Although it adopted its name around the 40’s / 1950’s as both men and women would put a penny in the lip of the strap of the shoe which also happened to be how much a phone call cost from a public telephone from then on the style was aptly name the penny loafer www.britishshoecompany.co.uk
