About British Society Of Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine (Bsprm)

We are a small Society but growing, and we have had a significant impact on the quality of rehabilitation services through our publications. We are committed to working collaboratively with all people and organisations who share our goal of helping people with disabilities of any type and arising from any cause achieve a better quality of life. The BSPRM goal is to increase the availability of high-quality rehabilitation to anyone with a disability in the UK and to increase public understanding, improve the professional practice of rehabilitation, through supporting research, education, and by setting out clinical service standards that can be audited. Full membership is open to all doctors and associate membership is open to all other professions involved in rehabilitation. The BSPRM achieves these goals through its members and does not directly provide patients with rehabilitation advice, support, or treatment. The recommended service standards might be helpful to some patients.
