British Speedgolf Description
Welcome to a whole new world of golf. Speedgolf is golf played at a very fast pace. Competitors play 9 or 18 holes and run between shots. Scores are calculated by adding the time taken to complete the round and the total strokes taken.
Speedgolf is particularly attractive to the running community who are looking for a different competitive challenge and those who simply can't find the time to play a traditional round.
It's fun, energetic and a great way to keep fit.
