Brittanya For Mucky Pups

I have an almost 12yr old Australian Shepherd, Kora, who is very nervous at meeting new people. She badly needed a bath so I took her to Brittanya after hearing good reports from a friend. They took their time to gain her confidence during an appt made purely for that purpose and I took her back a few days later and was thrilled with the job they'd done. Kora thoroughly enjoyed her visit and I've just taken her again today and she looks amazing. These ladies are fabulous and VERY good at what they do. Long live Brittanya!!!! 👍👍😀

Always a pleasure to take Clyde ( poodle) to this wonderful place.The staff are brilliant, patient, kind, and do a jolly good job. He fair comes bouncing out of there , full of beans. They looked after our other old pup too . I can't praise this business highly enough. We consider our selves very lucky to have them .

I am regular customer with my shihtzu boy. First time it has been ok. Next appoitment i've been soo unhappy, the lady did not listen me and after all she cut him wrong. Today i has to wake up to get on appoitment on 8.30 am and run there with my dog and todler, after all i hear they will shave him all, cuz have a few hair balls. I did not agree with that, so the lady said I need to pay by the way. Thats make me even more dissipointed... So bad customer service, will never come back there again...
