Moonfleet is in a wonderful south-facing location, with uninterrupted panoramic views of the sea, harbour, marina and old town from all levels. Step from the dining area onto the private south-facing sun deck and take in the constantly-changing vista of harbour life unfolding around you.

The spacious property has been modernised to a high standard and is very well-appointed, retaining many original features such as wooden sash windows and floorboards. It has modern furnishings, HD satellite TV and free WiFi.

Moonfleet's central location is close to the cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops around the picturesque harbour and old town and the South Devon coast path is just a five-minute walk away.

The ground floor entrance leads to an open-plan lounge with comfortable sofas and magnificent views. It is equipped with 40-inch Sony LED TV, HD satellite and Blu-ray player.

The lower ground floor has a fully-appointed kitchen, with electric cooker incorporating a halogen hob, family-sized fridge-freezer, microwave, washer-dryer and dishwasher. Large dining area with table and six chairs and harbour views. Open the door onto the private south-facing sun deck to see, hear and feel the bustle of Brixham harbour life.

First floor: Bedroom 2 with Super King size bed. Soak up the sea and harbour views while sitting up in bed with your morning tea!
