Went there to repair a twisted wheel and was charged 40 pounds for one wheel. Which is kinda ok . I expected it to be the same wheel or a different kind of wheel that would still work with my brakes. Later i came to collect it i recieved a bike with brand new wheels with the rear brakes not working as they won't create friction with the rims. So know i have to buy new brakes and waste extra cash just for a simple rim.

My other favourite bike shop. I've been going for years and will continue going for many more. They have got / can get almost anything you'd need. Staff know their stuff and are well equipped to give advice if you're not quite sure what you need.

Great staff in Brixton Cycles, they'll even tell you if it's a simple job and you can do it yourself (with some YouTubing!). Reasonable prices and fast turnaround. Highly recommend!

Great, speedy and friendly service. Called in on Saturday morning, got new disc brake pads and a bleed done there and then for a very reasonable price. I had phoned around a few cycle repairs in Lambeth and Brixton cycles was the only one who offered a walk in surgery meaning I could get my bike fixed there and then instead of having to wait a week for a slot, it was also one of the cheapest out of all the places I contacted. Could not recommend them enough.

Lovely bike shop with helpful and enthusiastic staff, which stocks a wide range of bicycles at all price levels. I had a fantastic shopping experience and would highly recommend this gem of a shop to anyone and everyone. Good on you, Brixton Cycles!

A huge thank you to Jim and the Brixton Cycles team for getting my canyon aeroad back to its best. After a few bad experiences with other local SW bike shops I was recommended by a friend to head to BC. Not only did they turn around the bike for a full service in 24 hours on a friday, after discovering a fault with my crank, not wanting me to miss out on the weekends fantastic weather loaned me a left side of a spare crank from one of their bikes to keep me going whilst the required part was ordered, all at no extra cost. Said part arriving on the Tuesday to be fitted. Top draw service and hugely friendly experience start to finish! Bike currently running like a dream. Cheers guys!

Great service, really helpful and accomodating staff. London's best local bike shop.

Bad one, even though the shop looks great and has a wide range of quality products the lady who served did not even bothered to greet me or ask what was it I needed. I can understand and accept it, it was the end of the day, people are tired. It happens.
The shop closes at 7PM and I got there at 6:41PM to (desperately) change a punctured tyre, which takes around 10min to be done. There was at least one person free, although I don't know if that person could have done it, but the lady said straight away it was not possible, that I had to come back the following day without even letting me know if there was any possibility to have someone do the job. I had to walk with a bike I could not ride all the way home from Brixton Road to Black Prince Road. I don't think there will be a next time.

Cool place. Came here for the coffee if I am honest which was excellently crafted. Great inde bike shop where staff seemed to know their stuff. Small selection of Brompton ware on show too so something for everyone. Small seating area for sitting and there was some food for sale too. Great hang out in and people watch.
