I was recommended to this lady via one of my longest customers from Ascot, I was asked to pop around to discuss their needs and after the talk I decided to give them my advice on the job rather than just say yes no problem.... most of my customers will no I am not shy in coming forward to tell them If I feel there is a better solution... in this case sanding and prepping and painting all the old woodwork would be a waist of their money and I would not feel right in just taki...ng it as I and their estate agent pointed out that an extension would be perhaps added onto this house on the forth coming sale ... a smart revamp of this conservatory is all that would be required for potential buyers to view the outside space... The walls were in pretty bad state as you will see from the following images but once some prep has been done it will fall into shape.

Well this room was an eyesore and really needed some TLC, I first had to smooth out the walls where the customer stripped the paper and skirting removed, fix the joints and corners where the previous guy installed the coving, make good around the door to conceal surface mounted wiring ...make a new window cill, reline walls, repaint room to a finish lay a new floor and then fit new skirting all round..make good....add new lighting and fittings, and finish off with cupboard storage.....

Quick insight to the current job, strip and reline Paper, repaint, make new window sill, new lights , new floor new skirting shelve cupboards blimey long lists 😳

Well a draft in the office was the reason for this Job, so I was asked to pop along remove the carpets, underlay, grippers and floorboards and add the insulation that was provided and relay the floor.... chase in a couple of wires into the walls then carry out a complete redecoration to this office space.... while I had some time I re-coated their outside storage and fitted new plinths to the kitchen...

This particular job came about after Iveta the customer saw and heard me doing the job for her Neighbour Mick who I had been working for doing a complete garden make over whose project can also be viewed on my page.... Anyway subsequently Iveta asked if I would take on her Garden makeover specifically she wanted a grown up sitting area like a patio and a lawn area for the children... she also requested that the shed and wendy house be relocated at the rear of the garden, ther...e was a concrete base under the shed that had to be removed which I turned into a garden rockery as you will see... Melody had her wendy house relocated and an added deck and a makeover just for her.. Just a couple of DIY jobs, I was asked to timber panel a wall, and rip out a damaged panel on a shed a rebuild it.... then finish it with a new roof felt to weatherproof it....

OK one of my friends had a lawn that really needed a makeover so it was time to strip back and have some nice new green turf laid....so off to work I went...
