Broadstairs Consulting is a crisis and governance advisory problem-solving consultancy. We provide transformative solutions to avert crises, mitigate risk, and protect organisations from future challenges. We provide crisis training for boards and senior management, assist with crisis planning, and are able to mediate in internal crisis situations. We identify and develop solutions to governance problems. We aim to mitigate risks arising from poor governance by understanding what is working well across people, legal, compliance, finance and strategy in the context of an organisation's mission. Our review process will result in recommendations prioritised in a manner commensurate with risk. We believe a fresh pair of eyes can spot a range of issues, help leaders understand existing behaviours, see growth opportunities, and turn things around early. Our comprehensive health check assesses structures, culture, governance, systems and processes.
