Great service - they did a great job on my Brompton. Feels like a a new bike now.

Had my bike serviced. Very good price, advice and bike runs better than when i bought it! Always happy to leave my bike with these guys.

Really pleased with the service I've had from Bromley Bike Co. Although I'm a keen cyclist, health issues mean I can't ride a conventional bike and keeping my rides maintained, serviced, and kitted out for adventure can present a real challenge.

Bromley Bike Co have been very supportive, accommodating, creative and massively capable in keeping me rubber side down. They've been honest where they can't help, and have demonstrated a keen knowledge and eagerness to find solutions where they can.

I can't see I'd have a need to go anywhere else.

I am rather new to the area and Bromley Bike Co turn's out to be my LBS after a bit of googling and seeing some of the review's... I went in with an open mind. Popped in for some advise and few spare bit's. very friendly staff member's between the two of them they have a lot of knowledge! super impressed and shale be returning very soon.

I have used Bromley Bikes Co on several occasions over the past 6 months for various repairs on a range of bikes (Specialized 2010, Kona 2001 and Mercury 1993). The store was easy to contact by phone and booking an appointment was straighforward. The mechanics reviewed the bikes for essential repairs to keep me on the road for reliable daily use and did not push for any unnecessary work. When they encountered that additional work was required while the repair was being carried out, they performed this at cost price. I have used other bike repair chains and non-specialist mechanics in the past, and Bromley Bikes outperform them. They're a great local independent store and I recommend consulting them for bike repairs.

I have had mixed experiences here - but my general impression is good.

When I was spending money the service was great and I felt I came away well kitted out. They people in the shop have good knowlegde.

I have been in there on other occasions and not been given much attention with some pretty brisk answers. Maybe they would rather be out riding their bikes (fair play - wouldn't we all).

I would still be willing to go here again - prices are a little on the high side, but nice to have a shop not just a website.

This is one of the best bike shops in the south east, these guys know what there talking about and it's worth listening to them. As riders themselves they have a genuine passion for the sport that we are interested in and that's a rare quality in many shops these days.
Independent or LBS are fighting a tought battle with a lot of "chain" stores so it is in there interests to go the extra mile and these guys know that and they do.
Well done lads keep up the good work, I'll always use this shop !

Just remember a tin of biscuits or a few beers also helps, even more around the busy times of the year !!!

I use this shop a lot, Adam is always very friendly and helpful. They are often able to deal with my bike while I go across the road and visit the shopping centre. Repair and fitting charges are very reasonable.

Bromley Bikes were recommended to me a few years ago by a friend and I've never had a need to visit another bike shop since. I've bought bikes from them and use them for repairs and services. They are without fail helpful, courteous and trustworthy. I've always felt confident in their advice and they always offer good value.

I highly recommend them!
